The offices are on the 2nd floor: single offices of approx. 9–11 sq m and two-person offices of approx. 15 sq m. Rent includes internet, cleaning of shared areas and electricity. Offices are let unfurnished but can be furnished by agreement.
On the ground floor you’ll find POP Padel and Sky Fitness — tenants get a discount at POP Padel. A bus stop is 2 minutes away, Ski station about a 10-minute walk, and parking is free.
